How does it work?

Once we arrive – your documents will be boxed up and labelled with a barcode, your unique customer code, and a box number. This will allow us to use our O’Neil barcoding system to scan, monitor, and track the whereabouts of your archives.

At our facility, your documents will be protected by Red Care intruder alarms, 24-hour CCTV, and our staff will monitor the temperature and humidity levels to ensure your files don’t become damaged.

Each box will be assigned a shelf position to make it easier for us to locate your archives when you need to retrieve them or add more.

If you need to retrieve something at short notice, we can usually have it ready for the next day or, in some cases, the very same day. If you’d like to come and collect it yourself, we ask that you make an appointment as we operate on a closed basis. Alternatively, let us know what you need and when you need it, and we’ll do our utmost to get it to you on time.
